Project Deliverables: Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, the Client is granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute the final rendered 2D images and animations for marketing and commercial purposes.
Source Files: All underlying 3D models, scene files, textures, and project raw files (e.g., .max, .blend) remain the exclusive intellectual property of VSTUDIO 208. Source files are not included in the standard deliverables unless a separate buyout agreement is explicitly negotiated.
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the commencement of the project, VSTUDIO 208 reserves the right to use the final rendered images for our own promotional purposes, including website portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
